Account Representative – Insurance Sales
Jamie Morgan State Farm – Cypress, TX
Jamie Morgan State Farm is looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Representative to join our growing team in Cypress, TX. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping people protect what matters most. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, competitive, and comfortable asking for the sale.
Responsibilities
- Sell and service State Farm insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Financial Services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads, referrals, and existing customers
- Identify coverage needs and cross-selling opportunities
- Make outbound calls and generate new business
- Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
- Meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals
- Provide professional, responsive customer service
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses preferred
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, motivated, and comfortable in a sales environment
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
- Coachable, organized, and team-oriented
- Willing and able to obtain required licenses before starting

Compensation
Competitive base pay plus commission opportunities. Final compensation will be based on experience, licensing, and sales ability.
