- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention, referrals, and account growth
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers
- Recommend, explain, and sell State Farm insurance products including auto, home, renters, life insurance, and financial services
- Follow up with warm leads, existing customers, referrals, and prospective clients
- Confidently engage in sales conversations and ask the right questions to uncover customer needs
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and care
- Work closely with the agency team to create a smooth and positive customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals
- Stay organized with follow-up, pipeline management, and daily sales activity
- Prior insurance sales, account management, or consultative sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
- Ability to explain products in a clear, professional, and customer-focused way
- Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability
- Coachable, positive, and team-oriented
- Organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations at once
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses if not already licensed
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
