What You’ll Do:

As an Insurance Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in helping grow the agency while supporting customers with their insurance and financial service needs.

Responsibilities include:

  •  Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention, referrals, and account growth 
  •  Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers 
  •  Recommend, explain, and sell State Farm insurance products including auto, home, renters, life insurance, and financial services 
  •  Follow up with warm leads, existing customers, referrals, and prospective clients 
  •  Confidently engage in sales conversations and ask the right questions to uncover customer needs 
  •  Handle customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and care 
  •  Work closely with the agency team to create a smooth and positive customer experience 
  •  Meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals 
  •  Stay organized with follow-up, pipeline management, and daily sales activity

Qualifications:

  •  Prior insurance sales, account management, or consultative sales experience preferred 
  •  Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals 
  •  Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  •  Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently 
  •  Ability to explain products in a clear, professional, and customer-focused way 
  •  Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability 
  •  Coachable, positive, and team-oriented 
  •  Organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations at once 
  •  Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses if not already licensed 
  •  Bilingual Spanish is a plus

 In-office role located in Cypress, TX

Compensation

Competitive base pay plus commission opportunities.
 Final compensation will be based on experience, licensing, and sales ability.
