ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance and Financial Services Representative for Jamie Morgan State Farm Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with their finances and insurance options.
- Assist customers with life, health, and personal insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred, but not necessary).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
- Must obtain and maintain appropriate insurance licenses (training and support will be provided).
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
